3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process.
