What is the Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping to most countries in North America and Europe! If you are located in Africa or South America, please contact us to inquire about available shipping methods and costs.

Which Shipping Method Do You Use?

uBraids uses various shipping methods, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, and 4PX, to ship orders. If you wish to specify a particular shipping method, please contact us to confirm before placing your order.

How Long is the Shipping Time?

Typically, uBraids ships your order on business days after receiving order confirmation (customized orders may take longer to process). For US buyers, shipping usually takes about 3-5 business days if the item is in stock in our US warehouse, and 5-10 business days if it is out of stock in the US warehouse. For EU orders, shipping typically takes about 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available, taking 1-3 business days.

*Please note: Express companies do not accept PO BOX / APO addresses. Please provide a detailed address when submitting your order.

Helpful Hints:

  1. Local shippers usually deliver packages on weekdays (Mon. - Fri.). To ensure timely and safe delivery, please choose an address where you can receive the package during these days. Keep your phone available, as the shipper may contact you.
  2. Some shipping services require a signature upon delivery. If someone at your delivery address signs for the package, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Ensure that you or an authorized person is present at the delivery address.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  1. Any customs duties in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
  2. The buyer will bear any costs due to delays in delivery or address modifications.
  3. If the buyer cancels the order halfway or returns the goods for personal reasons, the related costs will be borne by the buyer.
