Can we sell the products under our own brand?
Yes. Tell us about your branding and packaging requirements when you request a quote. Available options depend on the product and order size.
Can we start with a sample or a smaller order?
Yes. Eligible styles start at an MOQ of 2 units so you can test your market. Minimums for custom designs and private-label packaging depend on the specifications.
Do you sell directly in our market?
uBraids sells directly to consumers in the U.S. only. Outside the U.S., we work with businesses through OEM manufacturing and private labeling. We do not plan to expand uBraids direct retail into international markets.
How do you handle our custom designs and information?
We discuss confidentiality, ownership of custom designs and any exclusivity in writing as part of the project terms. Please identify sensitive material before sending it so we can agree on the appropriate process.
Can we visit your factory in China?
Yes. We have offices in the U.S. and China and own our factory in China. Tell us about your project and preferred visit dates, and we can arrange a visit.
